Her Love

As she stood in awe of her arms,

The slight cry echoed in her mind.

Her heart was safe from harm,

No one could touch or find.

Her love so gentle,

Reminder of the fall air.

The moment was sentimental,

As she glared.

The child was present,

No more the hidden heartbeat.

The caress of her hand so pleasant,

Her love so sweet.

As the little one opened her eyes,

A bright light derived.

Filled with surprise,

Home the child arrived.
